All sales are final. Only items that have been damaged in shipping can be eligible for an exchange. Our return to exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them for any defective, damaged, or wrong items that were sent.
Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of the items in this shop, we cannot offer an exchange if you are simply unhappy with the design of the item(s) you purchased. We try to show the designs and colors as accurately as possible with good lighting in the product photos, but please understand there may be variations in coloring from different computer and mobile screens.
Shipping for exchanges
To exchange your product, please reach out to me@goodnightnoodles.com with a photo of the damaged or defective product so we can evaluate how we can make it right.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
